What is the payment method?
When the car is dispatched after the reservation consultation, you can pay directly to the dispatched driver. (card, cash accepted)
When using a deposit without a bankbook, you can deposit through the Intercall Van Cooperative.
10.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by contacting the contact number when making a reservation or by contacting the dispatched driver. If canceled within 3 days after the reservation is confirmed, no fee will be charged, 10% of the usage fee will be charged from 3 days after the reservation is confirmed to 1 day before the date of use, and 50% of the usage fee will be charged as a fee if canceled on the same day. Cancellation fees and penalties are subject to change due to other circumstances.
